Fall Kallah

September 15-17, 2017

Fall Kallah is a weekend camp retreat, featuring an immersive, Jewish camping experience with emphasis on new members, TYG leadership and community building.

This event is open to any Jewish teen in grades 9 to 12.


  • Teens are expected to participate in the entire event. Fees are set at a full package rate and unfortunately we cannot prorate registration.
  • Through the generosity of Peachy and Mark Levy, a couple dedicated to Reform Judaism and the Movement’s youth, a limited number of scholarship discounts are available for this event. View more information and apply online.

Bus stops subject to change based on availability. 

Bus transportation is provided from various locations in the region. Participants may travel by car if driven by a parent or guardian over the age of 21. 

Participants will receive a pre-event phone call within 1-2 weeks of the event. Participant Families will receive a pre-event email within 1-2 weeks of the event. These confirmations include finalized travel information, packing list, contact information and other important event details.

A packing list will be emailed within two weeks of the event.

If you need to cancel, the registration fees you paid will be refunded as follows:

Through August 17, 2017 – 90%
Through August 24, 2017 – 75%
Through August 31, 2017 – 50%

After August 31, 2017 we will not be able to issue any refunds for cancellation. If you have a documented medical emergency and must cancel after August 31, 2017 you will be refunded 75% of the registration fees you paid. Please note that we cannot offer credits in exchange of refunds.

All cancellation must be in writing. We will accept cancellations by email to nftysocal@urj.org. We’re sorry, but we cannot accept cancellations over the phone. Please allow up to six weeks after the conclusion of the event for your refund to be processed.
